Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to foster community growth and interaction.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including copy, graphics, and short-form videos tailored to target audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other data tools to identify trends and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to produce high-quality visual assets and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
