MindAppz Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive cum Content Creator to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing strategies while producing compelling content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels, including social media, email, and web. As a content creator, you will craft engaging copy, visuals, and videos that tell our brand story and generate leads. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising
- Create high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) for brand channels and marketing collateral
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content planning, community management, and performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing assets that align with brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Assist in managing the company website and blog, including content updates and SEO improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners when necessary to support marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and creating engaging content
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a team environment
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
