Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design and maintain a robust social media presence across multiple global platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs and ROI targets.
- Identify market trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and performance based on data analytics.
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop high-converting landing pages and improve the overall user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and customer acquisition.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven track record in managing successful SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
- Strong familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging digital content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
