Job Description

Majuhome is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive growth across a portfolio of brands. In this role, you will lead strategic planning, creative execution, and performance marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will partner with external agencies, internal teams, and store leadership to deliver compelling campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and foot traffic to our physical stores.

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end digital strategy, ensure brand consistency, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. You will leverage data analytics to inform decisions, experiment with new channels, and translate insights into actionable plans that support sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of brands across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, SEO) to ensure alignment with brand strategy, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail teams to drive foot traffic, conversions, and in-store engagement.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging, and content calendars across channels.
  • Lead SEO/SEM strategies, content optimization, and budget management for paid search and social advertising.
  • Create and oversee content plans, social media initiatives, and website optimization (UX and conversion).
  • Identify opportunities for experimentation, testing, and scale to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven success in brand portfolio management.
  • Strong track record of driving store foot traffic and online-offline integration.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships, with budget ownership.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
