Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution and management of digital ad operations and performance marketing campaigns across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement robust optimization strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Oversee regional budget allocation and financial forecasting to ensure efficient spend across various digital channels including SEM, Social, and Programmatic.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, and Creative, to align digital strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Establish best practices for tracking, attribution, and reporting to provide actionable insights into campaign performance.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging ad technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the recruitment industry.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners to ensure high-quality delivery and service levels.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing or ad operations, preferably within a regional or APAC-wide capacity.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data visualization software like Tableau or Looker.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
