Penbrothers is actively seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our client's digital ecosystem. This is not a maintenance role—it's a strategic, growth-oriented position where data-driven decisions and creativity combine to deliver measurable results across channels.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with product, content, design, and sales teams to craft integrated campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and maximize ROI. You will manage multi-channel initiatives, analyze performance, and translate insights into action. This role requires a proactive, test-and-learn mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the client's digital ecosystem across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns within allocated budgets; monitor performance and adjust bids, creatives, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Develop and implement end-to-end lead generation funnels, nurture campaigns, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Analyze data from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn) to generate actionable insights and clear stakeholder reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling, data-driven creative.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices; test new channels, formats, and tools to continuously improve results.
- Prepare and present performance summaries, dashboards, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the Philippines or Metro Manila market.
- Proven track record in SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus; ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
