Aeon Delight Indonesia is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing strategies with a strong focus on commercial impact. You will develop compelling content, manage and optimize digital campaigns, and work closely with sales to drive lead generation and revenue growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision making to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for translating business goals into integrated campaigns that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and contribute to sales success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Design, Product, and Analyticsâto ensure consistency of messaging and a strong ROI across all channels. A successful candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and thrives on optimizing performance through testing and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and lead-generation targets
- Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing
- Manage social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and run paid social campaigns
- Support SEO/SEM efforts and collaborate with analytics to improve organic and paid performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Product teams to align campaigns with business goals and product messaging
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance; implement data-driven optimizations
- Develop sales enablement assets, including messaging, case studies, and collateral to support the sales cycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1â3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute content and campaigns across digital channels
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and performance tracking
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
- Results-driven with strong project management and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus
