Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform strategy and targeting.
- Manage and grow the companyâs social media presence, creating engaging content calendars.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and ad platform dashboards.
- Optimize landing pages and website elements to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and multimedia assets.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, recommending innovative approaches.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI within set financial guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of handsâon experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and similar reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and onâpage/offâpage optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is advantageous.
