Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Plan, launch, and manage multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display) to maximize reach and conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and cost‑per‑acquisition.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines and user experience.
- Manage marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient spend across channels and timely adjustments based on performance data.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of campaigns with product launches.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM principles, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs), and paid media strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and social listening tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
