Responsibilities
- Manage and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
- Create, curate, schedule, and publish high-quality, audience-centric content for various digital properties.
- Analyze complex marketing data and campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with graphic designers, content writers, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and brand consistency.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and implement robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic reach.
- Develop and manage email marketing sequences, including list segmentation, copywriting, and rigorous A/B testing to optimize engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed, data-driven performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders highlighting wins and optimization plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a closely related role.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and professional scheduling tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom).
- Own reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home office environment.
