Netflix is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Brand Partnerships, APAC to lead our growing brand partnerships function across the Asia-Pacific region. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how brands connect with Netflix's world-class content and audiences.
As a key leadership role within our Global Marketing Partnerships and Ads Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partnership strategies that drive brand engagement, revenue growth, and market presence across APAC markets including Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, and Southeast Asia.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Content, and Product to deliver innovative partnership solutions that exceed client objectives while maximizing Netflix's commercial opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, emerging digital trends, and the unique cultural nuances across APAC markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand partnership strategies across APAC markets to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key brand partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Lead negotiations for multi-million-dollar partnership deals while ensuring profitable outcomes for Netflix
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to create innovative partnership solutions and integrated campaigns
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities and market trends across the APAC region
- Manage and mentor a high-performing partnerships team, setting clear objectives and driving performance
- Prepare and present strategic business cases, revenue forecasts, and partnership reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within media, entertainment, or advertising industries
- Demonstrated track record of securing and managing high-value brand partnerships and multi-market campaigns
- Deep understanding of APAC media landscape, consumer behavior, and digital advertising trends
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with C-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial modeling and partnership ROI assessment
- Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizational environments; global company experience is a plus
