Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s document control system, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze quality control data to support operational reporting.
  • Lead and facilitate 5S initiatives on the shop floor to improve workspace efficiency and safety.
  • Prepare regular statistical reports for management to track performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data evidence.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvement projects based on analytical findings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in document control or administrative data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
