As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and security of all technical and administrative documents. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a centralized document control system for all project-related documents, including drawings, contracts, specifications, and reports.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures and policies in accordance with company standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Accurately file, index, store, and retrieve both hard copy and electronic documents from the document management system (EDMS).
- Track document revisions, review cycles, and approvals to ensure strict version control.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and register incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Prepare and issue document transmittals, status reports, and logs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of sensitive company and project information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the real estate, construction, or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with document management software (EDMS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation standards is an advantage.
- Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Magalang, Pampanga or nearby areas.
