Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end property titling process for company assets and client properties.
  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and deeds of sale.
  • Coordinate with government agencies such as the Registry of Deeds, BIR, and LRA for document processing.
  • Maintain an accurate and secure digital and physical filing system for all property-related documents.
  • Monitor the status of document applications and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications
