As a Documentation Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all travel, visa, immigration, and passport documentation is processed efficiently and in compliance with government regulations. Responsibilities
- Review and process visa applications for various countries, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices to facilitate timely submission and collection of documents
- Manage passport application and renewal procedures, including photo capture, form filling, and tracking
- Maintain an organized filing system for all client documentation, both physical and digital
- Verify client information and supporting documents against government requirements and company policies
- Provide clients with clear instructions and updates on the status of their applications
- Assist in resolving documentation errors or discrepancies with relevant authorities
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and travel regulations
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in visa documentation, immigration, and passport processing
- Strong knowledge of Philippine immigration laws and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Customer-service oriented with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Willing to work onsite in Manila City on a full-time basis
