Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections based on preliminary sketches and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with local building codes.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on client feedback and site modifications during the design development phase.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including CAD files and technical specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of submission documents for local authorities and construction permits.
- Conduct site visits to measure existing conditions and verify design feasibility.
- Ensure all technical drafting outputs meet the firm’s quality and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an architectural or construction drafting role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction materials, and standard drafting symbols.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Badung area.
