Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits of our luxury units and community amenities.
  • Process leasing applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with fair housing laws.
  • Actively follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM to convert prospects into satisfied residents.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and neighborhood amenities to effectively position our properties.
  • Collaborate closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience from move-in to move-out.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in real estate.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building rapport and closing sales.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in handling contracts and resident information.
