Responsibilities
- Host engaging and interactive livestream sessions to promote a diverse range of beauty and grooming products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in an appealing and informative manner.
- Actively engage with live viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community.
- Drive product sales and achieve conversion targets through compelling calls-to-action and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to plan content, develop scripts, and align with campaign objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty and grooming trends, product launches, and competitor activities.
- Provide post-livestream feedback and analysis to continuously improve performance and content strategy.
- Maintain a professional on-camera presence, ensuring high-quality broadcast standards and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a livestream host, presenter, or content creator, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and improvisational skills with a confident on-camera presence.
- Deep passion for and knowledge of beauty, skincare, makeup, haircare, and grooming products.
- Demonstrated ability to engage audiences, build rapport, and drive sales through live interactive sessions.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Live) and live streaming technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and adapt to real-time situations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred to engage a wider local and international audience.
