As our E-Commerce Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our product listings, inventory accuracy, and promotional campaigns across various online marketplaces and our dedicated website. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, company website).
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Execute and manage digital marketing promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders to maintain high seller ratings.
- Analyze weekly sales performance metrics and generate reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in E-commerce operations or digital platform management.
- Proficiency in managing major e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
