In this 6-month contract position based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, you will develop and implement results-driven sales strategies, coordinate impactful digital marketing campaigns, and continuously optimize our website and online store to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product listings, monitor competitor activities, and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and PPC channels.
- Optimize website and online store layout, content, and SEO to improve user experience and organic visibility.
- Manage product listings, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to drive data-informed improvements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on promotional activities and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and data reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
