The E-commerce Executive plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s online product offerings across major ecommerce platforms. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-day operations of our online stores. This includes curating product listings, managing inventory levels, and crafting compelling marketing copy that resonates with our target audience. You will also analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize our search engine rankings, and collaborate with the marketing department to launch successful promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, LazMall) ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform policies.
- Optimize product descriptions, titles, and images to improve search engine visibility (SEO) and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily sales performance, track inventory levels, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally through various communication channels.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Malaysian e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or 11Street is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
