You will partner with marketing, product, and logistics teams to launch campaigns, manage promotions, and enhance the shopping experience on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and our own website. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketplace roadmap to achieve sales targets and growth KPIs.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy across multiple e‑commerce channels.
- Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify conversion improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and run promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends, proposing innovative strategies to stay ahead.
- Lead, mentor, and performance‑manage a small e‑commerce team.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high seller ratings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital sales, or online marketplace management.
- Proven track record of growing sales on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or Blibli.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Result‑oriented, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
