Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings, including image uploads, detailed descriptions, and categorizations across all e-commerce channels.
- Perform bulk SKUs updates and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock availability matches online visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal discount events.
- Monitor platform performance, pricing accuracy, and competitor activity to maintain market competitiveness.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure timely shipping.
- Handle technical troubleshooting for storefront errors or sync issues between the inventory system and marketplaces.
- Generate weekly performance reports regarding sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data without error.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and consumer online shopping behavior.
