  • Perform bulk SKUs updates and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock availability matches online visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal discount events.
  • Monitor platform performance, pricing accuracy, and competitor activity to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure timely shipping.
  • Handle technical troubleshooting for storefront errors or sync issues between the inventory system and marketplaces.
  • Generate weekly performance reports regarding sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data without error.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
