Gain City Group, a leading retailer in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search, conversion, and customer experience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to implement best-in-class ecommerce practices and drive revenue growth through our online channels.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings across all ecommerce platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized product content.
- Manage end-to-end product uploads, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics (conversion, views, cart add) and recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with supply chain to align product launches and promotions with inventory availability.
- Support A/B testing of product pages, category layouts, and promotional banners.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital product touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, product listing, or digital merchandising.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar) and content management systems.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices for product pages and category descriptions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the Singapore retail and consumer electronics market is a plus.
