As an Ecommerce Operation Executive, you will manage the end-to-end operational workflow, from product cataloging and inventory management to order fulfillment and promotional execution. We are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and capable of analyzing sales data to drive performance improvements. Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce platform operations, including product listing uploads, image optimization, and content updates.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all online sales channels to prevent overselling.
- Process incoming orders efficiently, ensuring timely packing, shipping, and delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, including flash sales, vouchers, and seasonal product bundles.
- Analyze sales performance and traffic data to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve customer inquiries and fulfillment issues promptly.
- Maintain competitive pricing strategies by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
