Join PT Karya Maharendra Innovation as an Ecommerce Specialist (Webstore). This role focuses on expanding our online store presence across the Indonesian market. You will own product listings, pricing, catalog management, promotions, and customer experience. You will partner with Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain to optimize conversion, drive traffic, and ensure a seamless shopping journey. You will monitor performance metrics, run experiments, and implement improvements to product pages, checkout flow, and merchandising. You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery. This is a hands on role ideal for data driven professionals who enjoy a collaborative, fast paced environment.
What you will do with the team includes daily store operations, catalog updates, price accuracy, and ensuring high quality product content. You will analyze sales data, test promotions, and optimize product pages to improve click through and add to cart rates. You will contribute to the development of online campaigns and drive online traffic through SEO, content updates, and marketplace integration. You will provide excellent customer support coordination to ensure buyer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment. You will report results to management and help shape growth strategies for the webstore.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily ecommerce store operations across the webstore, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and catalog integrity.
- Monitor sales performance and customer behavior, analyze data, and implement initiatives to optimize conversion rates and average order value.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute online campaigns, content updates, SEO strategies, and promotional offers.
- Oversee product onboarding, categorization, inventory syncing, and vendor relations to maintain a competitive assortment.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment coordination, returns, and customer support to deliver exceptional shopper experiences.
- Optimize product pages, imagery, and metadata to improve search visibility and page speed.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven Ecommerce or webstore management experience.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and CMS.
- Strong data analysis and problem solving, with ability to translate insights into actions.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and CRO.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross functional collaboration skills.
