We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Ecommerce SPV to join Private Advertiser. In this role, you will own the merchandising, catalog management, and performance across our online channels, driving revenue growth while delivering a top‑notch customer experience. Based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya, you will partner with Marketing, Operations, and Content teams to optimize product visibility, listings, and promotions.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ecommerce operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue) and implement optimization plans to improve ROAS and profitability.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Supply Chain to develop merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and vendors, ensuring product availability and compliance with platform policies.
- Analyze data and prepare regular dashboards and reports for leadership to guide decision‑making.
- Coordinate new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and content updates across channels.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by monitoring reviews, returns, and escalation handling, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of ecommerce/digital marketing experience; SPV or similar supervisory role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and online merchandising best practices.
- Data‑driven with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, self‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment; Bahasa Indonesia fluency required; English is a plus.
