Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to students on course selection, university applications, and career pathways.
- Manage the end-to-end application process, including document verification and liaison with partner institutions.
- Advise on visa applications, scholarship opportunities, accommodation, and pre-departure arrangements.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective students through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, colleges, and educational agents.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets by converting leads into successful student enrolments.
- Conduct information sessions, school visits, and webinars to promote educational programs.
- Stay updated with the latest education trends, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing, Business, or Education preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for business development.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
