  • Liaise with external vendors, venue providers, and caterers to ensure all event logistics are handled professionally.
  • Provide comprehensive on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting.
  • Draft and prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and post-event summary reports.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as email correspondence, filing, and tracking business expenses.
  • Maintain and update professional databases of contacts, sponsors, and service providers.
  • Perform market research to identify potential venues and innovative event trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an event coordination or administrative support role.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during event cycles.
