Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events (e.g., product launches, trade shows, corporate events).
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Support the development of event marketing collateral (invitations, flyers, social media posts).
- Track and report event performance metrics, attendee feedback, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to align event goals with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and audience segments.
- Maintain event databases, schedules, and post-event follow-ups.
- Assist in managing event budgets and processing invoices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred; work authorization required.
