As our Events Specialist, you will work closely with the management team to ensure that every sponsorship and activation aligns with our corporate goals. You will be responsible for everything from the initial concept and vendor negotiation to the final post-event report. Simultaneously, your publicity efforts will ensure that JBW FloorCenter remains a top-of-mind name in the industry through consistent and professional media engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all company-led events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Manage the company’s presence at major trade shows and exhibits, ensuring high-quality booth design and visitor engagement.
  • Act as the primary in-house publicist, drafting press releases and managing relationships with media partners and influencers.
  • Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within financial constraints while maximizing impact.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to align event activities with broader promotional campaigns and social media efforts.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and suppliers for event requirements.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and provide detailed reports on ROI and event effectiveness to the management.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all event-related collateral and public communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in event management, public relations, or a similar marketing role.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing corporate events and managing brand activations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of PR or marketing content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Quezon City location (EDSA/LRT FPJ Station area).
