Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact programmes and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
