Sunway Education Group is looking for an Executive – Admissions to join the vibrant team at Sunway International School in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions journey and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrolment.
You will collaborate closely with academic and marketing teams to promote the school’s programmes, manage application workflows, and maintain accurate records in the student information system. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you assess candidate suitability, conduct interviews, and provide insightful advice on programme selection and scholarship opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process admissions applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicate with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update the student admissions database and CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly admissions reports for management.
- Coordinate admission events, open days, and school tours.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Provide guidance on scholarship applications and financial aid options.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, student services, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or student information systems.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking capability.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian education landscape and international curricula is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
