We are seeking a versatile Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Chairman and Operations Head. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, ensuring operational compliance, and facilitating seamless communication across all organizational levels. Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure operational compliance across departments and maintain accurate documentation
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office administration, including procurement, facilities, and vendor management
- Manage information flow and maintain executive confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
