Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal professionals
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case materials with accuracy
- Handle client inquiries, intake processes, and maintain professional communication
- Coordinate meetings, court dates, and deadlines across multiple cases
- Assist in research tasks and compile relevant legal information as directed
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for case management
- Support billing processes, time tracking, and administrative workflows
- Perform general office duties including phone coverage, mail handling, and supplies management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
- Professional demeanor with client-facing experience preferred
