Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for senior executives
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, with professionalism and confidentiality
- Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for executive review and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening inquiries and escalating as appropriate
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for sensitive business information
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
