Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements across the Southeast Asia region.
- Prepare and distribute executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Organize and manage logistics for high-level meetings, board meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparing briefing materials, agendas, and summaries for executive reviews.
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval and data security.
- Support the President in special projects and general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives or high-level management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently under pressure.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to travel when required for business purposes.
