- Manage complex executive calendars with strategic prioritization and conflict resolution across 15+ time zones
- Coordinate high-stakes board meetings, investor roadshows, and international travel with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary gatekeeper for C-suite communications with sophisticated filtering protocols
- Lead cross-departmental projects requiring executive stakeholder management
- Prepare confidential board materials, financial reports, and strategic presentations
- Optimize executive workflows using advanced calendar management and productivity tools
- Represent executive offices with polished external communications and stakeholder relations
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of executive support experience supporting C-suite leaders in Fortune 500 or equivalent environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar optimization tools
- Exceptional discretion with confidential information and sensitive stakeholder interactions
- Proven project management experience coordinating complex global initiatives
