Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and internal briefings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism.
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive review.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodation bookings.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure operational alignment and project deadlines are met.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive business data.
- Assist in the planning and execution of executive-level meetings and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity and discretion.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- A professional, polished demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
