Responsibilities
- Masterfully manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate seamless end-to-end global travel logistics, including private aviation and luxury accommodations.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Produce high-level presentation decks, briefing materials, and executive reports for board meetings.
- Drive special projects and firm-wide initiatives from initial concept to successful execution.
- Manage sensitive, confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and integrity.
- Orchestrate high-profile corporate events and off-sites, managing all vendor relationships and budgets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives in a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional diplomacy.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft 365 Suite, G-Suite, and modern project management software (Asana/Monday.com).
- Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly and maintain composure under high-pressure deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable briefs.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of working independently and making high-stakes decisions with minimal supervision.
