Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Australian executives, managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, and correspondence) and respond to or delegate as appropriate.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to a high standard.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Perform various administrative duties such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and database management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior management is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Australian clients or companies is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setup while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
