You will be responsible for building strong relationships with small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and individual clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored deposit solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies to grow the community deposit portfolio.
- Identify and engage potential business clients within the Johor region to offer tailored deposit and financial solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hong Leong Bank, attending local business events and networking forums.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking deposit products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet challenging sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; knowledge of local dialects is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
