Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of GP and specialist clinics to ensure network retention.
- Act as the key point of contact for providers regarding operational queries, contract renewals, and administrative processes.
- Onboard new medical providers into the corporate managed services panel, ensuring all documentation and training are completed.
- Conduct regular site visits and engagement sessions to gather feedback and improve provider satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance and claims departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies for clinic partners.
- Maintain and update the provider database with accurate information regarding services, rates, and contact details.
- Analyze network coverage and identify gaps to support business development and corporate client needs.
- Assist in the implementation of new digital tools or platforms designed for clinic management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare operations, or account management within the medical sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals.
- A service-oriented mindset with a proven track record of solving complex stakeholder issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling for clinic visits.
- Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) services or the Singapore healthcare regulatory environment is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; ability to speak additional local languages is a plus for provider communication.
