The Young Women's Christian Association of Singapore is seeking a dedicated Executive/Senior Executive to join our Well Being & Care team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of our well-being programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among our community members. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of well-being and care programs
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, volunteers, and partner organizations
- Develop, implement, and evaluate well-being initiatives
- Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Prepare reports and documentation for program evaluation and funding purposes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program operations
- Stay updated on best practices in well-being and care services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with diverse populations and sensitive issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in first aid, mental health first aid, or related area is advantageous
