Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-quality suppliers that meet our production standards and cost requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality control terms with vendors to optimize profitability.
- Coordinate closely with the product development team to bring new concepts from design to final production.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure a competitive product portfolio.
- Manage end-to-end communication between internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.
- Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with brand specifications.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and handle logistics coordination for timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or retail supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of the retail and consumer product landscape in Bali and Indonesia.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse suppliers.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate complex instructions clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple supplier accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review contracts and cost sheets.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Possess a proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
