Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute timely, accurate impact reports and thank‑you communications using data visualization tools.
  • Maintain and update donor records in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of contributions, interactions, and preferences.
  • Coordinate acknowledgment events, virtual touchpoints, and personalized outreach to strengthen donor relationships.
  • Analyze donor engagement metrics to identify trends, measure stewardship effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
