As our Event Planner, you will lead the charge from initial concept development through to on-site execution. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure every detail aligns with our clients' brand identity, delivering high-impact activations that resonate with target audiences. Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute high-impact corporate and experiential marketing events.
- Manage end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand marketing objectives into event design.
- On-site management of event logistics, ensuring seamless operation and problem-solving in real-time.
- Develop detailed event timelines, production schedules, and post-event analysis reports.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality delivery within budget constraints.
- Provide innovative creative concepts to enhance attendee engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Event Planner, Event Coordinator, or a similar role, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for event setups.
