In this dual-role position, you will be the backbone of our export operations—handling documentation, coordinating shipments, and liaising with overseas partners—while also supporting our marketing team in creating compelling content, managing social media, and executing promotional strategies. Responsibilities
- Prepare and process export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Monitor order status, track deliveries, and resolve any logistical issues with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist the marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website platforms.
- Create engaging content such as product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials to support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and export sales reports for management review.
- Support customer inquiries related to export orders, pricing, and shipping schedules, ensuring a high level of service.
- Conduct market research on trade regulations, tariffs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in export administration, logistics coordination, or marketing support (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus for international correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of international trade processes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
