Responsibilities
- Provide professional facial and medical aesthetic treatments (Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, etc.) in accordance with SOZO Skin protocols.
- Assist senior dermatologists and doctors during consultations and medical aesthetic procedures.
- Perform detailed skin analysis and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Educate clients on proper home care routines and recommend appropriate retail products.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and fully stocked treatment room environment.
- Accurately document client records and treatment histories using clinic software.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for treatments and products.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and treatment techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D1/D3) in Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or a related health field.
- Valid and recognized certification in Facial Therapy/Aesthetics (CIDESCO, ITEC, or BNSP equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Facial Therapist in a medical aesthetic clinic or premium spa.
- Proficient in skin analysis, facial massage techniques, and machine operations (e.g., Hydrafacial, IPL, RF).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented, hygienic, and passionate about skincare.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
