Jaya Wira Jerindo is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Manager to join our leadership team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial lifecycle of the company, ensuring fiscal health, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including timely preparation and filing of PPh, PPN, and other corporate tax obligations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance, accuracy, and professional development.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity.
- Manage external audits and maintain positive relationships with tax authorities, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance data to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or Professional Certification (Brevet A/B, CA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Taxation Law.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax planning.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
